The Board’s name, logo, designs, titles, documents, guidelines, rules, program structures, course syllabuses, website and other social media accounts, database, as well as all documents, examination scripts, videos and materials submitted by candidates and applicants, are the sole property of the Board. The Board retains all intellectual property rights of all the aforesaid items and materials. The Board also reserves all rights of action against any unauthorized dealings.

Data Privacy Policy

Personal data will only be used for the purposes stated at the time the data is collected. However, specific purposes will vary depending on the nature of the data held. The Board will take all practicable and reasonable steps to keep the collected data confidential. The Board may disclose or transfer data internally within the Board on a need-to-know basis to facilitate the purpose for which the data was collected or a directly related purpose.

The Board may also need to disclose or transfer the collected data to certain third-parties to facilitate the purpose for which the data was collected. In general, the parties to which the Board may disclose or transfer data would be the examiners, representatives and agents, contractors and other third-party service providers engaged by the Board to provide services to or on behalf of the Board and any person to whom the Board is under an obligation to make disclosure under any requirements of any law or for the purposes of any guidelines or codes with which the Board is expected to comply. The Board may also contact relevant authorities, institutions, etc. to verify the documents and information provided by applicants are true and correct.
